She will discuss the new CMS changes, and help attendees understand the proposed changes in regulations and regulatory language. She will also present about enhancing resident empowerment versus risk management.
The Ageless Disease of Eating Disorders: Truths, Similarities and Differences in Older Adults
Speaker Jenn Burnell, MS, RDN/LDN, CEDRD is the Director of Clinical Outreach at the Carolina House Eating Disorder Treatment Program. She will present about how eating disorders can develop in older adults and address factors that create increased risk. She will review various types of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder.
